So recently I had the privilege to travel through Germany and unfortunately my only stop was in Berlin. However, I did manage to get several awesome photos.
So far, this is the only one I’m ready to publish. I will add more soon! As well as photos from Austria, Croatia, Montenegro, Copenhagen, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Helsinki! I promise!

Easter 2010…. Belgium!
Apr 11th
So I was lucky enough to spend this easter in Belgium this year, and I must say, Belgium sure did deliver! Not only was it very ascetically beautiful as a country, it also has some of the worlds best indulgences: chocolate, beer, waffles and mussels! I really cannot compare this country to anything other than Homer Simpson’s magical animal.
Homer: Are you saying you’re never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Ham?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Pork chops?
Lisa: Dad, those all come from the same animal.
Homer: Heh heh heh. Ooh, yeah, right, Lisa. A wonderful, magical animal.
In this world wind adventure, I started in Brussels for 2 nights, then took the train to Gent for an evening. Next day took the train to Antwerp and stayed another evening and finally spend my last night in Bruges.
My personal highlight was Bruges. I loved that city… well after 6pm when the tourists went away. I remember walking form the train station to my hostel and hardly saw a soul. When I got to my hostel, check in, still a very quite city. Wandered off into the central part and BOOM, tourists everywhere! It was funny to see, but hard to get good photos because people were everywhere. I did end up taking a train towards Oostende in Belgium which is right on the North Sea and dipped my feet in. It was damn cold, but refreshing.
Over 1000 photos and 22GB of data later, I have my trip documented. Lots of the photos need to be touched up and fixed, but that will come in time.
Anyway, it was a great trip and awesome. I’ll get the photos up soon enough, I’m still going through them.

Here are a few more photos that I finally got the time to work on and upload. Two are from Stockholm one is from Paris.
This was taken one overcast day on the south shore of Södermalm, near Skanstull.
I have no idea what the name of this pond/park is called. It’s by the Observatory on Sveavagen. Pretty decent reflection off the water.
Finally the Eiffel Tower. This was taken from the park where everyone relaxes at night, drinks wine and champagne and eats their cheese. Anyway, here is a nice photo of it, all golden and looking sexy.
